All creator members are granted legal representation through Tony Brands to enforce licensing and collect monetary loss against others who use our creator’s contents without authorized used from Tony Brands.

We are committed to protecting the integrity and value of our content creator and their work created under our brands entity.

We will use any and all legal discourse to protect our creator members.

• Infringement Remedies: Collect Royalty From Unauthorized Use of Our Creator’s Content

Monetary Damages


Any unauthorized used of our media content under our brand media entity will be subject and pursue for compensation on behalf of our creator member, which include:

* Actual Damages: Recovering losses resulting from the infringement, such as lost of revenue from licensing or payout from media platform.

* Statutory Damages: Seeking compensation as prescribed by law, which can range from $750 to $30,000 per infringement, or up to $150,000 for willful infringement.

• Creator Coverage For Members

The Creator Coverage program is designed specifically for our creator members whom are Youtuber, artist, influencer, voice actor, and other content creator from liability such as copyright infringement, business interruptions, and reputational harm. Creator coverage program is only available to our creator members.

• Transaction Protection

Payment Assurance: A payment protection system to help our creator members secure payment and fraud prevention.

Chargeback Coverage: Covers chargebacks that meet certain criteria, such as being due to fraud or the creators fulfilled their content services to their fans or customers.

Payment Portal: Require payers to pay through Tony Brands Stripe Payment Portal.
